ImmunoGen, Inc. Raises $25.0 Million in Registered Direct Offering of Common Stock
WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2008--ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN), a biopharmaceutical company that develops targeted anticancer therapeutics, today announced that Ziff Asset Management, L.P. has purchased approximately 7.8 million shares of ImmunoGen's common stock at $3.20 per share. The shares were offered by ImmunoGen pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Proceeds to ImmunoGen from the offering, net of estimated expenses, are expected to be approximately $24.7 million.
