CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 2007--ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) today announced that the Company will host a conference call at 10:00 am ET on Tuesday, December 11, 2007 to discuss the clinical findings reported by the Company at the American Society of Hematology (ASH) 49th Annual Meeting and Exposition. The call can be accessed live by dialing 913-312-9321; no passcode is required. The call also will be webcast live and can be accessed through the "Investor Relations" section of the ImmunoGen website, www.immunogen.com. An archive of the webcast will be available at the same location until December 21, 2007.
