ImmunoGen, Inc. To Present at the Cowen and Company 27th Annual Health Care Conference

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2007--ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN) is scheduled to present at the Cowen and Company 27th Annual Health Care Conference at 11:00 am ET on March 13, 2007. The presentation will be webcast live and can be accessed through the "Investor Relations" section of the ImmunoGen website, www.immunogen.com. An archive of the webcast will be available at the same location until March 20, 2007.
